Are your products authentic?

Yes. We buy directly from Italian designers and their official showrooms. Every piece is 100% authentic.

Where are you located?

Inside Aventura Mall — 19505 Biscayne Blvd, Unit 3130, Aventura, FL. Open every day from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Do you ship across the US?

Yes, we ship nationwide from Miami. Shipping is free on orders of $400 and over; below that it's calculated at checkout. Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes — choose Pick up in store at checkout, free of charge. We'll email you when it's ready at the boutique.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags. You choose: refund to your original payment method, or store credit. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, or you can return in person at the boutique. Sale items are final sale. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

How do sizes work?

Our pieces follow Italian sizing. See our size guide — and if you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp at +1 (305) 799-8663: we know every garment personally and can advise before you order.

Why do items sell out so quickly?

We buy in very small quantities — often a single piece per size. It's what keeps our selection special, but it does mean that once something is gone, it rarely comes back.
