All orders ship from our boutique at Aventura Mall, Miami. We currently ship within the United States.
- Free shipping on orders of $400 and over
- Orders under $400: shipping calculated at checkout
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 3–5 business days
Pick up in store
Prefer to collect your order? Choose Pick up in store at checkout — it's free. We'll email you when it's ready at our boutique in Aventura Mall (19505 Biscayne Blvd, Unit 3130), open every day 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Try it on while you're here.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
How it works
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached
- Your choice of refund: back to your original payment method, or as store credit to use online or in the boutique
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit. You can also return in person at the boutique
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Size exchanges are always welcome on full-price items, subject to availability — ask and we'll hold the size for you where we can
- Please allow 5–10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement after we receive your return
Starting a return

Because our pieces are bought in very small quantities — often a single item per size — we're always happy to advise on fit before you order.
