Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are dispatched from our boutique at Aventura Mall, 19505 Biscayne Blvd, Unit 3130, Aventura, FL 33180.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of $400 and over (before taxes)
- Orders under $400: shipping is calculated at checkout based on the selected service
Processing and delivery times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Order tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the boutique.
Pick up in store You can choose Pick up in store at checkout free of charge. We will email you when your order is ready for collection at our boutique in Aventura Mall, open every day from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Please bring your order confirmation. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.
Address accuracy Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or damaged parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@shopmoda39.com or on WhatsApp at +1 (305) 799-8663 and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.
